If all you're worried about is NPC's then torps are definitely the way to go. You'll need look up the NPC's weekest damage type, i.e. kenetic, explosive, etc. and make you're selection accordingly.

8. Tempest, Typhoon any good ??? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I was looking at either the tempest or phoon awhile ago as well. I ended up chosing the phoon because I had already sunk a bunch of skill points into drones. I'm pretty happy with it, I usually go with 4 800's and 4 cruise, have no problems with 7...

Assuming these are NPC setups for .0, why does everyone exclude warp stabs? Are all of u part of an Alliance that controls some .0 space? I'd like to know what setups you would chose if you had to avoid blockades or the occasional anoying ceptr pl...
